Hey guys, I just did Max Plyo Interval yesterday.. However, I felt like I couldn't do much of any of it. I can do the cardio aspect of it just fine, but when hes saying do 16 pushups and the running things.. I can't. I don't have very good upper body strength, and I can barely get 10 pushups in taking my time. >.> The thing about this particular video that worries me, is that it is asking a lot from me from my upper body strength, that I just don't have. I am worried that, I didn't get my fill of a full workout, due to not being able to do everything. Regardless, I do what I can, of course. And today, I am very very sore, but still digging deeper. I guess what I am asking, is if any of you guys have any thoughts or opinions on this?

I don't mean hate it/loved it, I truly hated it. Some of the moves made me say 'yeah, right, as if I'm going to be able to do that!' Some of the time I felt like I wasn't doing any of the moves correctly despite stopping and watching what was going on in the video. I felt that some parts weren't taxing enough, especially the push up stuff.
This is only my first time doing it, so maybe I'll enjoy it better the next time around. I did max interval circuit the day before and enjoyed that 100 times more.
Anyone else not enjoy that workout, or am I all alone on this one?
